Abstract EN

This study focuses on the rights of non-Muslims who live in the lands of Islam.

They have long been citizens with rights and duties.

The exception is excluded from the clear Islamic text or the religious rights of the majority of the population or minorities.

The emergence of serious ideas through which the Western world found an outlet for pressure on the Muslim world, especially with the apparent failure of the Islamists to the concept of the modern Islamic state, the failure to provide the perfect model of human service, and the construction of contemporary Islamic ideas dealing with fixed matters as well as changing, As well as weakness in the move away from fair political theoretical and practical, all this gave an opportunity for Western countries to gain a platform for the leadership of human rights in general, and the "rights of citizenship for non-Muslims," religious minorities in particular.
