Islam Jurisprudence was the last jurisprudence from Allah to reform humanity and promote their life .

Islam take care of woman and keep her rights and make guarantees to her on opposite of period of pre-Islam period which make injustice to her .

In pre-hslamic period they had said to her that they did their best to free her to be similar to womak in Europe .

All enemies of Isl am co o perate to defame situation of Isl am toward woman .

Islam had come to declare to all peoples all over the world that woman is half of society and we cannot imagine any life without her .

Islam didn’t leave woman under authority of man .

Islam has given her many rights ,one of them is her right to divorce her husband.

Is there any right for woman to divorce her husband/ This research will answer this question .

This research contains an introduction ,preface ,three demands and end.

Preface was specialized to define Authorization and all terms in connection with it.

The first demand was specialized to rule of divorce conditions in contract.

The secd demand was specialized to rule of authorization of woman to her self .

The third demand was specialized to the right of woman in divorce .
