Pease and blessings be upon our leader Muhamad, his family, his wives and all his companions and followers of his doctrine until the last day.

Islamic jurisdiction is a source of numerous cases and their solutions, and presenting outstanding suitable solutions for the crisis without any intermission from its appearance till now.

in a way that the jurisdiction debated the cases confidently into an invented constitution which they called it (Fiqh policy).

these policies have application in Islamic jurisdiction, as an example; the policy of ( if the fundament was recession, its changed to its alternative).

it is a little effort in extracting some different cases from this policy, especially these cases that are related to purity transaction and personal status.
