Abstract EN

This paper studies the most important grammatical views of one of famous Arabic grammarians, called Abu_Ali Al_shlobeen Whose name filled the grammar book,like:Moghani_Al_labib by Ibn-Hisham,and Al-Ashah wal Al-Nadhaair and Hami Al_Hawami by Al_saeewti ,saeewti,etc.

This paper consists of five sections.The first section talks about Al_ shlobeens life and his career and his grammatical work.The second section states his independent views.The therd section presents a selection of his most important views.The fourth section,the last, deals with his replys to other grammarians.

The paper ends up with some concluded points.The most important one is that Al_ shlobeen has a great scientific position among the grammarians and this is obvious from his serious participation in so many grammatical matters.

The paper depends on som important grammar sources which the reader can find them listed in the bibliography.
