The study which treated and used in our article is the question for the situation of women in report/ ratio with the social and political life, we certified that the scientific research were accentuated theirs searching on the different forms of the inequality undergone by the women, thus appears in the thought by the social construction of the family who develops thereafter in the society as a culture on which bases and of a social nature.

This cultural phenomenon will influence in the public space.
