There is no doubt that the change in the patterns of human behavior is closely linked to the change in the form of values, which is one of the most important determinants of its formation.

This change is a fundamental requirement for building a modern state based on the values of modernity, the most important of which are the values of citizenship, democracy and human rights.

These values are the main entrance to rebuilding society and guiding it towards its goals of freedom, justice, equality, tolerance and development.

In this context, a closer look is needed (because it is necessary to be superficial, not browser) to the reality of Algerian society to reach a general conclusion about its ability to tty to overcome all the tragic and tragic situations in which all ethical values.
