From the importance of diversity in the educational strategies and the integration of technology in education as a tool of modern teaching methods based on technology; this study aims to investigate the effect of using the design of cartoon films program in the academic achievement of Islamic sciences materials for primary stage students.

The study based on experimental approach.

The researchers preparing test for 19 students composed of 13 questions before and after using and applying the strategy in order to answer questions and objectives of the study.

furthermore, the researchers using Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) to analyse the data of study through using of frequencies, means and paired sample T test to answer the study questions.

Moreover, the study concluded with a number of findings.

Most importantly; there is a significant impact for using the design of cartoon films program on student’s grades in the Islamic Sciences curricula at the primary stage students.

Where scores of students are increased in achievement test after using the strategy that depends on the integration of technology in education.

The results also indicate are differences in arithmetic means, as well as the results showed that effectiveness of the using technology such as designing cartoons as a tool or a modern method of education.

However, the study recommended a set of recommendations including the usefulness and importance of integrating technology in education as a way to conveying information to students and raise the level of comprehension for them in the classroom.

As well as, it recommended the necessity of diversify in the techniques and strategies in the classroom and invest the modern methods.

In addition to not relying on memorization only.

And that because of the impact of teaching methods diversity on information stability.

In addition to focus on using learning through entertainment with games and cartoon films as a motivation tools for student and attract they attention to information.
