Abstract EN

The language is mainly built on the verbal act , considering that the verbal action is the first thing practiced by man when he communicates with the outside world, the nature of human innate language based on this linguistic act, and it is the same importance we find in the teaching-learning process that is based on mainly on verbal acts , moreover the modern linguistics started to give great attention to this act after Dessosure and emphasised on it in the person’s acquisition of his linguistic lexicon.

starting from that principal my research is trying to stand on this importance on one hand and on the mechanisms to develop it within the Algerian learner on the other hand, taking into consideration that the most important problem of language teaching in the Algerian school is the verbal act and the mechanisms to control it .
