One of them in our time is undoubtedly the internet, with all its various applications.

For wide spectrum of society, Internet has become the best way of learning and communication in all spheres economic, medical, information life and educational field, which is the limelight of all in our time.

Now a days, all scientists and researchers over the world agree that e-learning is the modern way for learning which lead to a radical change in educational field for a high degree of creativity and for developing of Lerner’s competence.
