The intellectual development that invaded all areas has led to some change, if not forced, and imposed, according to the requirements of the times, especially in the field of education, as all countries of the world changed their educational systems, and subjected to modern standards methods.
Algeria, like other countries, in an attempt to develop the field of education, and the introduction of modern standards has changed the educational system, and came in a new curriculum to replace the old curricula in education based on three fundamental stages: The stage of indoctrination.
The stage of pedagogy objectives, And competencies stage approach.
In this study, however, we will focus on how, and how to apply the competency approach in the oral expression activity, and learn about the results achieved by this new curriculum.
We can also determine the degree of interaction of learners with this curriculum.
