English Abstract

The Second axis: Legal protection guaranteed by the legislator through national legislation and laws.

The deterioration of the natural environmental in Algeria although as in the rest of countries in all world reached to a high degree of risk which generates immediate interference in the enactment of effective legislations to put an end to this infractions and attacks.

in application of the national policy of protection of the environment .the Algerian legislator issued many laws and decrees in which he referred to the requirements of this protection .and considering the water environment one of the important elements must protect it –to what it has specific important in life.

We tried go through this research in its studies and study the causes of its pollution and the legal protection for her in the Algerian legislation.

This is in two main axes: The first axis: the definition of the general framework of the water environment.
