English Abstract

The study addressed the issue of the protection of the environment from the perspective of the vision of legitimacy, which aims to crystallize a jurisprudence of Islamic environment, derived from traditional evidence and mental health, since the Islam with a view to deeper and wider environment, where students had to deal with the environment and making his task in this earth to, and good benefit , that human rights did not possess this environment, but Thou art Munificent , and therefore he innately that Radiate to maintain without the abuse or attrition, this is the basis of public property must be maintained in order to continue the presence, on the other hand, it is responsible for the protection, the concept of the environment in Islam , I mean, among other things , which takes human beings from the earth carrying him, up to the sky that was SHADED, and their various factors psychotropic, and all elements of the water, the crisp, And soil, which ensure its capacity to provide appropriate ways of life of humans and other living organisms , which shared the life on earth.

But these justifications, goals and objectives are derived from the traditional evidence from the Book of Allah, His Messenger and mental age of jurisprudence which is the base which does not harm or damage.
