English Abstract

This paper aimed at analyzing the relationship between main several variables, the first one is The Environmental Citizenship, and how its effect on The Societal Trends of the individuals and groups in the Europeans countries as a second variable, and its focus on the environmental issues importance through the legislation of some of these countries as well as Britain Ukraine and Sweden, the paper found that there is a growing interest in order to strengthening the Environmental Citizenship at the Europeans communities, which contributed to improving the Environmental conditions where are the most of the individuals are living.
