Abstract EN

This study aimed to expose a part of the idiosyncratic heritage left from the idiosyncratic school of Al-Malikia.

One of the most prominent examples, who promotes the prosperity of high quality standards of science and who belongs to the idiosyncratic school of Al-Malikia, is Sheikh Ibn Abi Zayd al-Qayrawani.

This latter is one of the prestigious and well known scholars who have been and will continue to be a witness for his exceptional scientific works.

This research article is an attempt to demonstrate one of the aspects of the doctrine, in which Ibn Abi Zayd is an expert.

Specially talking about the Fatwa, this paper discusses in details his Fatwas, the methods used to structure them and the support provided to illustrate them.
