Abstract EN

The study aimed at recognizing the methods that the school principals in tafila education directorate use for helping teachers to face professional stress.

To achieve the goal an instrument was constructed including (67) items distributed into seven domains, the validity and reliability of the questionnaire were cheeked, Reliability was cheeked according to Chronbach alpha (0.98), and Person’s correlation (0.93).

The results showed that the degree of the study estimation of the methods that the school principals in tafila education directorate use for helping teachers to face professional stress was high , and that there were no statistical significant differences at α= ≤ 0.05, on all the seven domains of the study attributed to the variables of independent of the study.

The researcher recommends that the necessity for administrative school should take care in empowering principals and to give more authority for teachers .
