The Standard human mind is designed to achieve goals based on high national principles and humanitarian and moral values.

These goals make it necessary for society to adopt an objective scientific knowledge theory that is applicable so that it can become good and realistic behavioral patterns.

The effect of social and cultural education on the upbringing of generations, particularly the youth, cannot be denied, nor over emphasized, as it is an objective self-development, and a means to empower the youth and to give them the ability and confidence to achieve progress and innovation in building the nationalistic personality.

This is mostly manifested in times of great crises, disasters and wars, because many young men may lose balance and security, and thus may contribute or even engage in tearing out the social and nationalistic structures.

It is important, therefore, to discuss the issue of the regressive environment, and the twisted knowledge and mentality.

It is also necessary to discover the reasons behind the failure in achieving real citizenship that led to the destruction of the nationalistic identity in the minds of some youth, and the collapse of the collective moral and nationalistic system.

This research, therefore, focuses on the need for a holistic approach to education and upbringing, on the need to conduct a critical intellectual recalibration of the reality, and the appropriation of the inputs and outputs of the education and knowledge to find the appropriate environment for freedom, production and creativity.

This obliges all to be accountable and to have the awareness and will to recognize and tolerate the other, and to conduct a continuous dialogue to achieve social and psychological harmony that will lead to a comprehensive and integrated national development with youth as the essential component.
