Abstract EN

Aims: The research aims to: detect the differences between the teachers and the teachers in the psychological empowerment attributed to (age, gender, education sector, educational stage Tools: To achieve the objectives of the research, the researchers designed a measure of psychological empowerment.

Sample: To test the validity of the hypotheses, a sample of 420 teachers and teachers from pre- university educational institutions in Greater Cairo Governorate were selected.

Statistical Methods: The appropriate statistical methods were used to test the validity of the differences: Pearson correlation coefficient, alpha- cronbach, t- test, contrast analysis.

Results: The research found the following results There are no statistically significant differences between the average teachers and teachers on the psychological empowerment scale attributed to gender in the research sample, There are statistically significant differences between the average grade of teachers and teachers on the scale of psychological empowerment attributed to age in the research sample, There are statistically significant differences between the average grade of teachers and teachers on the psychological empowerment scale attributed to the education sector (Government, Private) in the research sample, and There are statistically significant differences between the average grade of teachers and teachers on the scale of psychological empowerment attributed to the educational stage in which teachers study in the research sample.

The research ended with a set of recommendations and proposed research.
