This research attempts to study the Iranian and Saudi stance against regional and international terrorism.

It took Syria as a model.

The search was divided into tow axes.

The first dealt with the structure of the the structure of the Iranian and Saudi political systems.

The second axis examined the position of the Islamic Republic in Iran and Saudi Arabia against regional and international terrorism.

While Inking the situation to the Syrian crisis; Because both countries have intervened in Syria.

This research deals with the process of regional balance in the Middle East region between the Islamic Republic of Iran and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

The two countries are one of the most important countries in the region in power, Economy, and Diplomacy , And hence that everyone of them has a team of alliances, and each of them to possess large military capabilities, technical equipment and the production of ballistic missiles and the development of air and naval capabilities to control the security of the region
