Algeria has adopted a policy of opennes ana financial liberalization since the early 1990 in order to transition to a free market economy, this policy led in the end to a kind of balance in the internal level through the underlined goal of monetary policy of combating inflation, in addition to keeping interest rates at possitive real leves, with regard to tha balance on the external level intenyionaly monetary authorities to maintain the exchange rate at low levels in order to promot the exports of the state outside the fuel.
