Abstract EN

The study aimed to find out the impact of the training program on the skills of the workers.

The problem of the study was to study the impact of the training programs on the skills of the workers.

The importance of the study stems from the fact that it is conducted in Khartoum State, and is it considered the most active state economically and administratively, and the training programs are continuing in most government institutions for the purpose of developing leaders and employees alike.

The hypothesis of the study was that there is a positive relationship with statistical significance between the training programs and the development of the skills of the workers in the institutions of Khartoum State government.

The researcher followed the descriptive analytical approach, and relied on primary and secondary sources of information.

To address the analytical aspects, the researcher relied on the questionnaire, which he distributed to a sample of (93) person in various institutions.

The most important findings of the study: Evaluation of the provided training programs helps to improve the quality and effectiveness of training.

The most important recommendations of the study: The need to involve trainees in the selection of training programs
