Abstract EN

The objective of this study is to highlight the subject of the performance of the banking system in Algeria in the financing of the projects of investments, in particularsmall and medium-sized enterprise(SME), and this through the optimal exploitation and to implement its resources available in a efficient way, which puts back the business intelligence an essential pillar in this operation as modern tool for manager and to follow the information, through the pursuit of the transfers of the external business, at the end to bring to a successful conclusion the managerial process in particular the banking transaction in an environment fowl and unsettled.
