The judiciary is the guardian of individual and collective rights and freedoms, and its protection ensures judicial security.

It is known that the judiciary is the main source of judicial security with its decisions and provisions that inspire confidence in the people towards this important facility.

This study shows the concept of judicial security through its definition and to clarify the most important elements that underpin it
