Greek literature occupies a special and a leading place among all literatures.

It affected the world wide‟s cultures, acknowledge by itsauthers.

Homeros‟s works were the older in literature, including the Iliad and Odyssey, however, what interests us in this literature is the misery which took a tremendous place after its entitling the three potes‟ Ascilos, Sophacles , Europes, where each one has made his contribution .However what matters for us is Sophacles deeds in the form of “Oedipus is a king” .So it is our concern in this research paper, due to the impact of his famous masterpiece in treating Oedipus Legend on every one came after him and followed his path in that path.
