The needs of individuals and communities are increasing over time, resulting in an increase in demand and This will lead to the expansion of the economic and commercial mobility.

This will include, in particular, the exchange of various goods and services that meet the needs of individuals.

The exchange process necessarily requires a means of payment that absolves the person who obtains the service or the commodity; whilst benefit from it the person who has offered this commodity or service .

This means of payment was called the money, the latter one is just a financial instrument with a concrete support that store the value and is acceptedpublically, the currency and money has also been touched by the development until it reached the actual situation, paper and metal money issued by the Central Bank for any country, or even credit money issued by the commercial banks including all the types and specialties of this kind of banks.

But what is noticeable is that the process of evolution has not stopped at this point, but it has gone hand in hand with the technological, digital and information developments.

This qualitative leap in the field of information systems has resulted in the emergence of another type of criticism with intangible advocates, it does not undergo to any authority ofa government body with public acceptance and acquittal and it is divisible and may be disposed to exchange for tangible paper or metal coins.
