Abstract EN

The study aims to identify the importance of public relation in improving the reputation of companies- company "Aboura".

To achieve the objectives of the study and to test its hypothesis, a questionnaire was developed to collect the preliminary data of the study variables for analysis.

A sample was selected from the study community which reached (400) questionnaires and 270 questionnaires were retrieved (54 %).

The study found that public relations had a weak impact on the reputation of the institution.

While it also showed that public relations are of great importance to achieve a better reputation among institutions.

Therefore, the institution should pay more attention to the methods of public relations.
