The difference between the scholars of Sharia in the field of Islamic Jurisprudence rules has a clear effect on their differences on the jurisprudential issues on which they are based.
Among those Islamic Jurisprudence rules in which the difference between the scholars of Charia occurred: The rule of significance of the absolute (nontemporary) order immediately.
They have two views in this issue : The first group of scholars believe that the absolute order must be immediately, the second view believes that the absolute order should not be taken immediately
