Abstract EN

The purpose of the research is to explain the defects that necessitated the repudiation process at the jurists’ perspective.

Also, the present study examines the positive reasons in order to achieve the aforementioned process for the purpose of extracting out mental disabilities, and to find out their effect on marriage contract.

As for the topic, it contributes to uncover issues that have long eluded both individuals and society.

The study is based on the analytic approach to analyze the statement of conditions and symptoms of mental disabilities, and the Analytical approach to (1) study the controversy/ or disagreement in repudiation process based on defect, and (2) to devise the harmful reasons/ and consequences in order to answer the questions.

Accordingly, the present research is divided into an introductory chapter, three body chapters, and a concluding chapter with a series of recommendations
