Abstract EN

This research aims to reveal the Human Relationships Between Managers and Teachers in Secondary Schools ,from viewpoint of teachers.

The research adopted the analytical descriptive approach, using the questioner, it involved (26) items to gathering information and opinions from the teachers.

The sample was selected randomly, and involved (100) members, (61) males and (39) females, from teachers who were students of Educational qualification Diplomat at Faculty of education in Damascus University, at second part of year (2009-2010).

The results showed that the human relationships were good Between Managers and Teachers.

So that the (T-test) showed that there was no difference between Viewpoints of The Teachers according to the sex of teachers (male and female) or (service years) or sex of Managers (male or female) about the human relationships between managers and teachers.

At other side, the (F-test) showed that there were not any differences between the teachers from three types of secondary schools (males, female.

Mixed) about the human relationships between managers and teachers.

The research came up with a number of suggestions centralized about training the schools Manages on the Human Relationships and improving that Relationships with the teachers..
