Abstract EN

The aim of the study is to illustrate the impact of monetary policy on Islamic banks, operating in Algeria by clarifying the relationship between the Central Bank of Algeria and the Islamic, Whereas, the study reviewed the Instruments of monetary policy, and its Regulations on the working of the Islamic banks in Algeria.

And then among the most important problems faced by Islamic banks with the Bank of Algeria with propose some solutions and recommendations that help to spread them and increase their profitability.

The study found that Islamic banks in Algeria face many obstacles The most important of which is the lack of clear Legal texts clarifying the rules of operation of these banks,Which face competition from the riba-based bank that have the advantage of dealing with the Bank of Algeria, and that the most important challenges imposed by the monetary policy of the Bank of Algeria is with regard to the discount rate tool and the policy of the open market in addition to the challenges posed by the environment surrounding Islamic banks operating in Algeria, which proves all the hypotheses proposed
