Abstract EN

This study explained the nature of the social networking sites and their role in forming the local public opinion 2014-2017, especially since these networks and sites are now very influential in shaping the attitudes and opinions of the receiving public from the issues presented in the local and regional arena.

The most important and diverse uses of these sites and networks, and clarify what the topics that focused on them in light of the current Iraqi arena of pro-pro-public positions.

The composition of public opinion needs a fair amount of freedoms and guarantees, and the United Nations charters have defined the following: 1.

Freedom of thought and belief 2.

Freedom of thought in all its ways and methods 3.

Freedom of exchange and dissemination of ideas and ideas 4.

Freedom of assembly, communication and mobility Empowerment Freedom of expression and exchange of views.
