With the end of the bipolar system in the international affairs, the United Nations has become actively involved in the intervention for humanitarian purposes as an issue that needs to be handled by international community.

The concept of the intervention for humanitarian purposes has started to be known on the international scene, after human rights violations has been classified as threatening peace and world security.

Intervention for minorities protection considered among humanitarian Intervention in International law.

The political use of this principle raised some important questions relating mainly to the result of the international standards' duplication in dealing with similar cases of human rights violations.

The case Of Israel is the main proof of this kind of duplication, in which Israeli policy is incompatible with the International Standards of coexistence and spirit of tolerance among the nations
