Abstract EN

The study aimed at the percentage of the explosive force contribution of the lower limbs in the effectiveness of the overwhelming beating in the volleyball clubs.

The researchers used the descriptive method in its associative and analytical methods.

The sample included 24 players from the second national division, (120) players.

The researchers used the test of explosive force of the lower limbs and the test of the overwhelming beating skill of the country.

The statistical package program spss was also used to analyze the results of the study.

Finally, a positive correlation was found between the explosive force of the lower limbs and the overwhelming beating force of the volleyball clubs, in addition to deriving a predictive equation showing the percentage of the explosive force contribution of the lower limbs in the effectiveness of the beating.
