Local finance reform is one of the ways of good governance.
With the sharp drop in oil prices, our economy needs diversification so that we can put an end to the Dutch disease that characterizes our economic system.
Local development in this sense, is an adequate solution for an economic emergence in Algeria.
The central objective of our article is as follows: Local development is an absolute necessity that the public authorities must implement and this, for an economic dynamic able to bring our country out of the oil rent and allow economic diversification.
However, the reform of local finances is essential for an emergence of Algerian municipalities.

La réforme des finances locales constitue l’une des voies de la bonne gouvernance.
Avec la chute brutale des prix du pétrole, notre économie a besoin d’une diversification afin que nous puissions mettre un terme au syndrome hollandais qui caractérise notre système économique.
Le développement local dans ce sens, est une solution adéquate pour une émergence économique en Algérie.
L’objectif central de notre article est le suivant : Le développement local est une nécessité absolue que les pouvoirs publics doivent mettre en oeuvre et ce, pour une dynamique économique capable de faire sortir notre pays de la rente pétrolière et permettre une diversification économique.
Toutefois, la réforme des finances locales s’avère indispensable pour une émergence des communes algériennes.
