The objective of the research is to: 1 - identify the level of professional pressures of kindergartens teachers 2 - to identify the quality of life of the teachers of Riyadh - know the relationship between professional pressures and quality of life kindergarten teachers The research community consists of the children's teachers in the Directorate of Education of Baghdad / Rusafa the first (478 randomly selected teachers from 12 government kindergartens) As a result of the lack of a measure of the professional pressures of the kindergarten teacher in Iraq, the researcher prepared a measure of the pressure of the kindergarten teacher consisting of three fields and (35) The second tool was adopted by the researcher the quality of life standard (2015L), which consists of 42 paragraph and the researcher applied the scale to the sample of the research after the extraction of the validity of the virtual measurements and to extract the results was used T-test for one sample to extract both the professional pressures and quality of life of the sample and Using the Pearson correlation coefficient to derive the relationship between professional pressures and quality of life through the researcher program to the following results 1 - Kindergarten teachers have professional pressures 2 - The kindergarten teachers of the religion of low quality of life 3.

The relationship between professional pressures and quality of life is inverse relationship
