Outhmane Loucif is of those Algerian poets having a singular poetic experience that reflects many aspects of poetic modernism.

His experience unvail his sentimental attitude about life, as it reflects his deep sight to men and existence.

It overpasses the habitual language, but a shifting language drawing from several fields such as mystic discourse that enabled him to break the habitual poetic isitopy and to overpass the traditional expression forms.

Thus, within this mystic experience, he evokes different themes as devin love, pantheism and nature, added to linguistic polysemy.

As a consequence his poetic language is reach of symbolism.
