Abstract EN

The article aims to analyse and discuss the nature of the security repercussions-asymmetric resulting from social movements in the Arab region, especially after the wave of the Arab movement to make projections theory-applied depending on the dynamics of the Libyan model, the basis of determining the theoretical approaches with the classic character interpreted the dynamics of social movements and consequent of the dialectical relationship between the security and development, and then determine the strategic consequence to the nature of these dynamics on the reality of the Arab countries, in an effort to find effective solutions based on projections of theoretical propositions-relational equilibrium.
