هذا الأخير يصبح مستهلكا حيث تكون مشاركته راجحة في تعريف العرض.
تهدف هذه المقالة إلى إظهار كيف أن ظهور الويب 20 والشبكات الاجتماعية مكنت الشركات، خاصة الفنادق، من أن تكون مرئية ومرتية من قبل رواد الانترنيت في الجزائر

L’émergence du web 2.0 a permis aux entreprises hôtelières de développer de nouvelles pratiques tout en mettant l’internaute au coeur de cet écosystème.
Ce dernier devient un consommateur où sa participation est prépondérante dans la définition de l’offre.
Cet article a pour objet de montrer comment l’apparition du web 2.0 et des réseaux sociaux ont permis aux entreprises, particulièrement les institutions hôtelières, d’être visible et choisie par l’internaute algérien.
