This search aiming to define the methods of state president assumption, which is the high political post that muslims are more taking importance for guarding the high targets of it (saving the religion and governing the state).

A general view over the muslims political experience, among history of their state (good or bad) leads to result that muslim law (Fiqh) was eager on legality; and renovation on methods to reach the presidential post, before the domination of muslim monarchy, and its only method to reach the auhthority (heredity)
