Abstract EN

This study examines a very important subject in the field of legal studies concerning the right of prisoners of war in Guantanamoto a just and fair trial, because of the problems Mainly related to the rights of a group of individuals arrested by the United States of America at the famous Guantánamo prison on charges,for involvement in terrorist groups threatens its national security and then prosecuted them,In this paper, fair trial standards were presented in the light of the Third Geneva Convention on Prisoners of War of1949 and Additional Protocol I of 1977,And the extent to which the United States has complied with it during its trial of Guantanamo prisoners through US military commissions.
