This article presents the most important inferential mechanisms that the grammatical controversy is based on, from the point of view of our Arab heritage.

This grammatical controversy shows a number of argumentative concepts based on the fundamentals of the controversy science.

It is therefore clear that the grammatical argumentative discourse is an important method of argumentation and inference; especially the controversial issues from which we have chosen a model of Al-Farra’ and Al-Jarmii debate.

To provide a reading of the most important concepts that include the scientific debate, knowing that these perceptions and mechanisms take a special approach in the modern pragmatic linguistic theories.
