Abstract EN

Through this study, entitled Guarantees of trade union practice in Algeria, through which we have been able to know the various guarantees of freedom of trade union, which are divided between international guarantees, which are determined in the most important international conventions that dealt with freedom of trade union such as the Universal Declaration of Human Rights.

At the national level, the legislator has devoted freedom of trade union to the last constitutional amendment in 2016 in article 70, and this constitution is binding on all bodies in the state.

To provide the means for the practice of trade union organizations all their competences with all its usefulness.
