Abstract EN

this study entitled " Management objectives as a method of time management and its relation with administrative innovation of the administrator in sport complexes" aims to discuss whether or not Management objectives as a method of time management (the independent variable) have a relationship with administrative innovation (the dependant variable) in Msila and Bordj Bou Arreridj sport complexes, and on other hand, to examined the nature of the relationship between Management objectives as a method of time management , and measure its relationship with administrative innovation in sport complexes.

The researcher used the descriptive methodology and made use of questionnaire to gather data on a Comprehensive survey of administrator in Msila and Bordj Bou Arreridj sport complexes.

This study calculated 46 agents out of 46 agents which represent our study population.

A positive relationship of Management objectives as a method of time management to administrative innovation in sport complexes.
