Abstract EN

Objectives: The aim of the current research is to study the relationship between the infant temperament and his mental health.

The current research was based on the descriptive study method through the longitudinal study of 12 infants.

The questionnaire was followed from the eighth month until the end of the second year.

The results of the study: There is a relationship between some dimensions of temperament ( approach, fear, low pleasure, perceptual sensitivity , Distress to limitations , and Soothability) and the dimensions of mental health (eat disorders, sleep disorders, psychomotor disorders, language disorders, communication disorders, and psychosomatic disorders)
