The Algerian legistator has put out for the minor workera set of conditions and proceduresthatshouldbeavailablesothat the authorityor the employer whetheritis the previous or absequentprocedures to employ.

On the other hand the labor inspection wasgiven a set powers in order to protect the minor workerfrom all aspects of his exploitation.

In spite of the existance of thisauthority, itis not expected to redict the abuses in terms of work, due detection of the waritoring and also the luck of control fromitsside by visitingsomeworkplaces and not others.

As a result of all whatissaiditwasbetter for the laborlegistator to welladjust the legal clauses speciallythoses cancers the employees.

From an otherside the controlingauthoritieswhichis in change of thoses missions with the necessity of limiting the missions and surrontit by a set of legaltexts to protect the minor labor.

In thiscontextwecan put up the followingproblematic to whatextend the legal protection that the legistator.Has declared to protect the childrencategoryfrom the earlychildlabor and what are the punitive measures and mechanisms of monitoring by the Algerian legistator for thispurpose ? We’ve put the following plan to answerthisproblematic.
