This research dealt with the legitimate presumption of the grammatical rule at Ibn Ashour, in which the presumption was defined in the language and the terminology and at the scholars of Sharia beginning with Surat Al-Fatiha and finished by Surat Al-Kahf and arranging the search by the Sections of grammar derived from the books of old and modern grammar and books of books and this is all interpretations and hadiths ,and translations progressing the Book of God Almighty and I have reached the search for several results most importantly: - That the legitimate legitimacy of the grammatical rule is what requires the cause of that judgment.

- The grammatical rule imposed by the presumption is the initial sentence in the weights of Ibn Ashour.

- The research proved that the building of (doubt) of the God Almighty : “that there is no doubt about “ with L malaise in that legal presumption accompanying the verse.
