The research tackles with a different topics which considered as a modern study and contemporary comparative an analytical perspective , in order to diagnosis all dimensions of The effectiveness of administrating governance operations process in fighting corruption in all states of the world .

The study of governance has been demonstrating an indications and standards of one of the recent strategies for the sustainable development in all aspects of our life , So that these analyses were being more usefulness as well as the process of fighting the corruption itself, and in different sides according to the integrity and accountability and justice standards in compatible with the laws and regulations of many agreements and the resolutions; which promulgated by specialized agencies and organizations that followed all indications of good governance in fighting corruption .

Iraq faces different problems as a result of its transformations toward democracy which happened after 2003 , and many others states also confronted the same problems ; and it was very difficult to override the heavier legacy easily .

So that the importance of good governance became ruled as a result of process of eliminating the all forms of corruptions .

The main target of this article was to reform the whole sectors within institutional structure of state according to the principles of governance operations , and proposing successful remedies to get rid of all appearances of corruption .The serious consequences of this process will need to find prolific solutions that permit the good governance to overcome all crises , especially in the framework of institutions within mechanisms of state as much as possible procedures to be more effectiveness in fighting corruption ; and our analysis should compatible with the knowledge of previous experiences in comparison to the international and regional experiences and recommend many of public policies to maintain good governance and sustainable development comprehensively for fighting corruption forms in the near future.
