Abstract EN

In this study, I dealt with the controls of Ijtihad in virtual issues.

The study is divided into three sections.

In the first section, I explained the concept of virtual fatwa controls.

In the second, I drew on the general controls for virtual fatwa, and in the third section, I explained the specific controls for the virtual fatwa.

I concluded my study with results and recommendations.

I adopted the inductive method throughout by investigating the specific issues all the way to the general.

I also used the analytical approach to obtain the required information.

The study concluded that virtual fatwa controls are the principles and rules that apply to all its details and the resultant limitations.
