The world of today is heading towards further escalation and highly closed globalization that made the distance widening northwards, southwards, eastwards and westwards.

This made it a must for the Arab-Muslim world to take another step towards changing its image in the eyes of the others.

The ‘Dialogue of Civilizations’ project is the key to enter the process of dialogue amidst the ‘Clash of Civilizations’.

The dialogue of civilizations, which began as a slogan from West to East, North to South and from the West to the Islamic world, contains different slogans and ideas.

Behind this lies a fundamental fact, that the conflict continues without interruption either by confrontation or by dialogue.

The problem does not reside in civilizations, but in the way they are viewed and in the ‘Cultural Entities’ themselves.

In order to give the true picture of the dialogue among civilizations, we must define the reality of such a dialogue and its location amid the current international relations.
