Throughout the ages, Scientists and researchers have been interested with the issue of women in general and working in particular.

They have tried to uncover its various aspects and dimensions to society.

Women live in a double reality, as an individual with obligations outside the home.

As a key member of the family, she adheres to the values and social norms of the public, which are hard to overcome.

The exit of women to work in in Algeria was not a coincidence.

It was the result of different circumstances that forced themselves and pushed them during the war of liberation.

For example, this gradually changed the view of the society that sees its natural place as the home.

As such, women have become a key partner in development processes.

After women became two roles, Her work outside the home as a necessity required by social and economic life, And the educational function performed within the family as the role of the client has a first priority.

In this study, we tried to find out the difficulty in the dual roles of the working woman, because of the circumstances that forced her to be a worker, a mother and a housewife at the same time
