The electronic commerce is the most controversial subject today, through being the last development of topics of information technology currently, on the other hand it was a part of sophisticated internet system in order to facilitate business, and from the term that's meaning do business via modern internet.

It is necessary that this fast electronic development have to accompanied by a legal framework which is determine its work, scope, and rules.

Electronic commerce has been addressed by the international legislation alongside the national one, so that's we leaded by to inquire and research in this study about legal regulation of electronic commerce, especially Algeria legislations, and what's Algeria actions in order to regulate this subject, with reference to electronic commerce project which was approved by Council of ministers held on the fourth of October 2017 , It was discussed and ratified by the two rooms of Parliament in the beginning of 2018, but it hasn't been yet published in the official Gazette
